Steve has worked in IT in numerous capacities over the past 20 years ranging from systems administration and security to business intelligence to application design and development.  While he has experience with traditional database and development technologies, his most recent efforts have been in design and development using open source languages and tools.  In addition to developing software, Steve has held senior management and architect positions at fortune 500 and 100 level companies respectively.  Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Jason Follas, President of the Northwest Ohio .NET User Group, has over 13 years of professional experience developing for the Microsoft platform using Visual Basic and C#. He is a Technical Architect for Perficient, Inc. proudly serving the Toledo and Detroit markets, and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCAD, MCSD.NET). Over the course of his career, Jason has worked on a wide assortment of projects for various industries, including an Aircraft Weight and Balance system, several e-Commerce websites, Risk Management systems, and blend optimization software. Hobbies and interests include Coin-Op Video Game restoration, prime numbers and factoring, astronomy, and annihilating songs by attempting to play them on his guitar.

Phil is a Microsoft MVP and holds MCSD, MCDBA, and CSM certifications.  Phil’s experience includes Smart Client/WPF, ASP.NET/MVC, and eCommerce as well as mentoring teams in .Net, SQL Server, and Agile. Phil is a contributing author to www.nPlus1.org, teaches custom classes, speaks at national and regional events, and is a passionate member of the developer community (serving as a director for the Cincinnati .Net User’s Group and Software Architecture SIG).  Phil works as a Principal Consultant with Pinnacle Solutions Group, Inc. Mr. Rigling has over 12 years of IT experience within the public and private sectors. His experience includes 9 years with Microsoft’s SQL Server RDBMS platform, with strong database administration and database development, and good Microsoft Analysis Services, OLAP, and data warehouse experience. Mr. Rigling has advanced experience in the areas of performance tuning, SQL Server Profiler, index tuning, developing backup and recovery procedures, implementing disaster recovery plans, understanding and troubleshooting query plans, log shipping, and heavy use of the Transact-SQL language. He has also held the positions of Manager, Technical Lead, Implementation Lead, ETL Developer, SharePoint 2007 Administrator and Project Manager. 
Craig UtleySenior Architect Solid Quality Learning
Craig Utley is a Mentor and senior architect with Solid Quality Learning, where he focuses on business intelligence (BI), .NET application development, and developer productivity issues. Craig has been working with Microsoft database technologies since 1993 and with Microsoft development tools since 1991. He is the former president of a custom software development company and has been an independent consultant since 1997, except for a year at Microsoft as a Program Manager on the SQL Server Customer Advisory Team, where he worked with some of the world's largest Microsoft Business Intelligence customers. He is a published author of books, articles, and white papers, and is a speaker at conferences and to various user groups. His latest book, Business Intelligence with Microsoft® Office PerformancePoint Server 2007, was released in February 2008.
